Andrew is the Chief Sustainability and Sustainable Investments Officer at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), where he leads the Group’s ESG strategy and its integration across business and operations. He also oversees CLI’s sustainable real assets private equity investments, including renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure, supporting long‑term value creation for stakeholders.

He has over 17 years of experience in infrastructure private equity across energy and utilities, transport, and social infrastructure. Prior to CLI, Andrew spent more than eight years at Lightsource bp, most recently as Senior Director (Head of APAC), M&A and Structured Finance, leading over USD 1 billion of M&A and Project Finance transactions across Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan.

Andrew has also worked across India, the US, Latin America and the UK, including raising USD 750 million for EverSource Capital and spearheading renewables M&A during a secondment to bp. He began his career at Macquarie Capital and Leighton Contractors. Andrew holds an MBA from London Business School, an MEng from Imperial College London, and is a qualified member of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW) in corporate finance.
