Harsha Reddy is an internationally recognized leader in the ESG domain, early proponent of sustainability with a rich experience of over two and half decades. Harsha has been widely recognized for expertise in Corporate Sustainability, Circular Economy, ESG Strategy Development, Climate protection including Carbon Footprint Abatement & Net Zero Carbon Roadmap, CSR, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Sustainability Reporting, External Assessments (DJSI and other ESG ratings), Product LCAs, Sustainable Sourcing, inclusion of Internal Carbon Pricing in Organization decision making, Deployment of Sustainability Software.

Harsha has spearheaded IVL’s listing on S&P Global Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) for the last six years and achieving other prominent sustainability recognitions with CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, FTSE4Good, and EcoVadis. Harsha was also instrumental in securing sustainable finance over USD 2.4 billion by IVL from ESG funds and institutions including sustainability linked bonds, working with customers and suppliers on ESG requirements.

Harsha has initiated several sustainability practices globally; driving and embedding environmental, social and economic sustainability into IVL’s corporate DNA in order to ensure a consistent and proactive approach as the company expands its global operations.

Harsha is also a guest speaker at various international forums, universities, and publisher of articles. Harsha is also happy to extend his expertise as pro-bono advisor for notable non-profit organizations, universities, and educational institutions.

He is a Fellow Company Secretary from India with over two decades of experience in sustainability, risk management, corporate governance, legal, regulatory, and stock exchange compliances, and equity financing.

Before joining Indorama, Harsha has worked in India for over 10 years on public issues (IPOs), rights issues (FPOs).

He has done Business Sustainability Management program from University of Cambridge and Management Leadership Program from INSEAD.
