Iman Rachman was appointed as President Director of IDX at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders last July. He began his career as Manager at PT Danareksa Sekuritas (1998-2003), then Director of Investment Banking at PT Mandiri Sekuritas (2003-2016), Finance Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) (2016-2018), Finance Director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) ) (2018-2019), and President Director of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset (Persero) (2019-2020). His last position before serving as Director of the IDX was Director of Strategy, Portfolio and Business Development of PT Pertamina (Persero) (2020-2022).
He obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from Padjadjaran University in 1995 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Finance from Leeds University Business School in 1997.
