Starting her career at McKinsey and Unilever, Jessica is now spearheading CarbonEthics, a B-Corp certified and award-winning enterprise focused on ecosystem restoration. Beginning with blue carbon ecosystems, the company has since expanded to include peatland and terrestrial ecosystems, and has generated positive environmental, social, and economic impacts.

Her dedication has earned her numerous accolades, including recognition as a Woman Changemaker by Change.org, the Blue Water Heroes Award by Tatler, and, most recently, being a Finalist for the Forbes Sustainability Leaders Award 2025, among others. She has also been featured in prominent outlets such as National Geographic and Tech in Asia, and has spoken at various notable events such as the G20 Summit and the Asia Berlin Summit.

Jessica is currently a Master’s candidate in the field of sustainability at Harvard. Passionate about holistic well-being, she is also a certified Nature Connection Specialist from Forest Therapy Hub.
