Mr Ken Siah is the Head of Market Development for Google’s Energy and Location Strategy team in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. Based in Singapore, he leads strategic partnerships with governments, industry leaders, and communities to enable Google’s data center investments in key APAC markets.

He is focused on developing sustainable data centers that contribute to economic growth, job creation, technological advancement and resource resilience for communities.

Mr Siah joined Google in 2017. Prior to this, he was Deputy Director-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore from 2016 to 2017. He served in other key roles during his foreign service career including Special Assistant to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Deputy Head of Mission.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in International Relations and History from the London School of Economics and Political Science on a Singapore Government Scholarship in 2002, and holds a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from Cambridge University.
