Thosapol Suparee, Deputy Director-General of the Environment Department, Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA), began his career with the BMA in 1998. Over the years, he has held key roles in several departments related to urban planning, development, and city management, including the Public Works Department, Public Cleansing Department, City Planning and Development Department, Bangkapi District Office, and the Traffic and Transportation Department.

In 2013, he served as Chief of the Task Force for Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Transport under the Bangkok Master Plan on Climate Change 2013–2023. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Director-General of the Environment Department, where he oversees the Sustainability Environment Office and the Green Area Management Office. His primary responsibilities include the implementation of strategic projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing green spaces throughout the city, in alignment with the Bangkok Climate Change Master Plan.
