Wendy Mackay is a Managing Director with Pollination. She has more than two decades of experience as a strategic advisor to corporate clients, combining experience in corporate strategy, financial services and sustainability.

Since joining Pollination in 2022, Wendy has led teams working with major corporates across the Asia Pacific on accelerating their decarbonisation and nature-positive agendas. She is also on the board of Digital Finance Ventures, which backs commercial opportunities arising from the transformation of financial markets, as well as Footy for Climate, which supports professional footballers to use their platform to inspire climate action.

Prior to joining Pollination, Wendy was a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group where she was a member of the Financial Services practice. She also led BCG’s Climate, Sustainability and Social Impact practice in Australia and NZ, and was part of the Asia-Pacific management team.

Wendy has a deep understanding of the client perspective, having held a number of senior strategy, M&A, and capital transaction roles at one of Australia’s largest diversified property companies. She holds an MBA (Australian Graduate School of Management) and Master of Science (Lund University).
