Youraden Seng is the Director of Banking Supervision Department II at National Bank of Cambodia. He has over 15 years experiences in banking and financial sector in Cambodia. Beside his leading role in the supervisory functions, Raden involves actively in policy and regulatory formulation for banking sector in Cambodia. His focus areas are banking and microfinance development, financial inclusion, digital financial literacy, sustainable and green finance. Raden has been a permanent member of sustainable finance working group at the NBC and representing the NBC in various international platforms such as the Network for Greening FinancialSystem (NGFS), Working Group on Inclusive Green Finance of Alliance for Finance Inclusion (AFI), ASEAN Taskforce on Sustainable Finance, Working Group on ASEAN Taxonomy.

Prior joining the NBC, Raden led Fund and Treasury Function of Vision Fund Cambodia Microfinance Institution, a global microfinance network of Vision Fund International. He spearheaded fund mobilization, assets and liabilities management, and treasury operations of the institution. His academic background comprises of Master of Central Banking (MBC) from Asia School of Business in collaboration with MIT-USA; MPA from GVSU-USA; MBA from CSU-Australia; and MSc in Regional Development from AIT-Thailand.
