Yvonne Soh is an advocate for corporate climate action and leads the team at the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC), an industry-led organization grounded in public-private collaboration to accelerate the transformation of Singapore’s built environment. With a career spanning the private, public, and non-profit sectors, she brings a unique tri-sector perspective to sustainability. Her experience includes engineering consultancy at an international firm, leadership roles at the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) – overseeing policy, regulation, industry development, and R&D – and serving as Executive Director of the Waste Management and Recycling Association of Singapore.

Yvonne brings technical expertise as a Professional Engineer (Civil), Green Mark Accredited Professional and Greenhouse Gas Professional. She serves as Deputy Chair of the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) and is a member of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)’s Interim Sustainability Standards Committee, as well as various Standards Committees under Enterprise Singapore.
